I received a 1380 on the SATs on the 1600 grade scale, as well as a 30 on the ACTs, with a 34 in the English section. I have helped students in the past stay on target when it comes to reaching goals for the quarter or semester. I understand that some of the reading assigned to high school students appears difficult to swallow at first, and I enjoy working with students in a way that helps them find the material more relatable. I have also had many clients in the past who have benefited from my help with editing Personal Statements and College Entrance Essays.

Hobbies
My most recent occupation was as a VIP Tour Guide for Universal Studios, meaning I know a lot of information you never even knew existed about the parks and the franchises featured inside of them. This also has given me the opportunity to spend my day as a concierge to families from all walks of life, from those who have children with special needs to high profile celebrities and their entourages. My favorite days are the ones where I become a part of the family, and this often means riding rides with the children if the parents aren't up for it, or finding ways to entertain the kids and teach them things about the park during down times between attractions. I was a babysitter or nanny for the majority of my school years. Growing up, I was a voracious reader, and very involved with drama, musical theater, chorus, and dance. I am not too sports oriented but I love being outdoors, and swim often. I am also a huge fan of movies and all things Disney, Pixar, or Harry Potter! My move to Atlanta has come from my desire to pursue acting, so you could say that is one of my "hobbies" as well!
